NuMex Twilight - A beautiful, eye-catching pepper plant producing a beautiful array of bright purple fruits that ripen to yellow, orange, then red. It creates a colorful display through the summer months and will make a great statement in your landscape when multiple plants are grouped together. Small 2”-4“ upright fruits start off purple, go to yellow, orange, and lastly red. All four colors appear on the plant at the same time. Mostly grown as an ornamental and makes a great patio plant. In early spring, start seeds indoors 8 weeks prior to warm nightly temperatures. Place the seeds in sterile media and cover 1/4” deep. Provide 85°F bottom heat, bright light and keep moist at all times. Seeds will germinate in 7 - 21 days. Transplant seedlings into pots and grow until there are 6 true leaves on the plant. Plant them directly into rich soil, 20" apart for a hedge look or into large patio containers.
