This sauce starts sweet, but not TOO sweet. Then, the scotch bonnet flavour kicks in, which makes for a well rounded sauce. You can taste the vinegar, but it’s certainly not overwhelming. The curry is very minimal. Overall, the heat level is what you would expect from a decent scotch bonnet sauce- a good mouth burn, but no lasting after effects. Try this on roti, you won’t be disappointed!
